What We Do: Live, Hope, Laugh offers many programs including fun outings, events with a purpose and fund raising events to improve the Lives of Chronically ill children throughout the year.
We provide them with school supplies, meals and special events. Our biggest event, our Night of Giving, provides over 30 families with a meal and Christmas presents but we help them all year long.
We made school more fun!
We combined our Annual School Supply event with a whole lot of fun- swimming, face painting, and some delicious fried chicken! This was a great way to end the summer. Thank you to every one!
Fun day with the kids,visiting animals, hunting eggs and counting easter candy!
We are in constant need of the following items:
Gift Cards used for night of giving and other special events: Any local restaurant, Walmart, Target, Kohls, BJ’s, Amazon, iTunes. etc…, grocery stores, gas stations
Paper Products: plates, cups, flatware, napkins
Silent Auction Items: Any item will be appreciated
New Clothing: all ages, genders, sizes (contact us for specific sizes)
Toys: all ages and genders
Toiletries: all ages and genders
Video games & consoles: wii, xbox 360, xbox 1, ps4 (new or used good condition)
School supplies: all, including book bags
Baked Goods: for our outings and fundraisers, bake sales
Volunteers: for fundraisers and promoting (service Learning Hours are given out for this for students who need them)
Technology: new or used good condition: laptops, ipads, ipods. tablets
Learning tools: all ages and genders…electronic or manual
Reading Material: books, crosswords, word searches, etc. all ages and genders
Funds
With all the generous physical donations we still need funds to purchase food for our events, event decorations, outdoor water play slides, face arts and craft supplies and to purchase gift cards, and gifts for our Night of Giving.
Help further our mission- Live Hope Laugh’s mission is to improve and impact the lives of children and teen living with a chronic illness and reminding the children to Live for a brighter future, Hope for tomorrow, and to Laugh always.
